Jeffrey Taylor, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Costa Mesa, CA Pediatrician
Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine

Following his training at the University of California at San Diego and the University of California at Irvine, Dr. Taylor began private practice and has been affiliated with Hoag Hospital Pediatrics for since 2001. During his career, he has held numerous leadership roles at Hoag Hospital in the Department of Pediatrics, as well as Greater Newport Physicians (GNP). Newborn care is his favorite aspect of pediatrics. As a father of two sons, and three daughters (including twins), he has learned many parenting tips and techniques that have greatly complemented his formal education. These personal anecdotes make well-child visits much more relaxed, personal, and enjoyable.
In his free time, Dr. Taylor likes to cook, play golf, and read. In 2023, he created a supplemental online course to guide parents through infant sleep training. To learn more about Sleep Success, click here.
In 2025, Dr. Taylor published his first adolescent fiction novel neveleven. To learn more about neveleven, click here.
